RETURN POLICY

Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, in the original, unused condition. You must first email Nova Blue Boutique at novablueboutique@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number. Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with your return. Items must be returned in the original condition with any tags still attached or your return will be denied. We will process your return promptly. Please be advised that it may take one to two billing cycles for your credit card statement to show your refund. Your refund will  be processed to the same credit card used to make your purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Clearance/Sale Items, Bath/Body/Lip/Skin care products.
 Shipping fees are not refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Nova Blue Boutique handles exchanges in the same manner as returns. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt that you would like to exchange your item. We'll issue you an authorization number and place an order for the new item. If there is a difference in the purchase amount, the item will be charged/ credited accordingly. Once the exchanged item is received, we will then ship the new item to you. Items must be returned to us in the original condition with any tags still attached or your exchange will be denied.

Clearance/Sale Items, Bath/Body/Lip/Skin care products cannot be exchanged.

Shipping fees are not refundable on exchange items.
